The Domaine de Puechredon is located on the soil of SALAVES, turning its back to the foothills of the Cevennes and orienting towards the east its vineyards in semi hills or plain between Alès and Nîmes. It enjoys a mild Mediterranean climate.

Rigorous qualitative selection of fifteen grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault, Merlot, Caladoc, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne, Pinot Noir and Mourvèdre.

For the PDO Duchy of Uzes the choice of grape varieties consists mainly of Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne for the white; Syrah and Grenache Noir for red and rosé

Biodynamics is already under study for some vines and three-quarters of the land in cereals is in organic conversion or already converted.

We are strongly committed to maintaining and making the countryside alive, to perpetuate know-how that has a cultural dimension, to reduce the ecological impact of our activities and to address the climate and water issues.

On classified terroirs we will still plant 3.5 ha in 2015 in Syrah and Grenache Noir grapes for the production of a red wine with a yield of 35 to 40 hectoliters per hectare.
